I have reset my equipment and the game but still not getting connection?

  • Confirm all connections and plugs are secure and fully seated
  • When you are on the Pairing screen, confirm that the game is scanning for ANT+ or Bluetooth (BLE)
  • If you see your devices on the Pairing screen, pedal and confirm the numbers change from 0
