- Check that your trainer and heartrate monitor (HRM) are not paired with another platform. BLE typically supports one trainer and HRM at a time.
- Confirm all connections and plugs are secure and fully seated (e.g., the ANT+ dongle, BLE adapter) before launching the game. Try unplugging and plugging them back in, or replacing with a new one.
- When you are on the Pairing screen, confirm that the game is scanning for ANT+ or Bluetooth (BLE).
- It may take a minute or so for the pairing to happen but, when you do see your devices on the Pairing screen, pedal and confirm the numbers change from 0.
Two other things to try:
1. Please restart your computer (a file could be hung up)
2. If the game still doesn't see your devices, please send logs. This can be done by clicking the Help "?" on the home screen; you will see the option to send logs. Let us know when you have done this and our developers can review to see what is going on.
