What is the Sticky Bottle power-up?

The Sticky Bottle Power-Up:

Benefit: When active, it locks you into threshold watts (power) for a specified time.
Strategy: No need to pedal but don't use it if you plan to go hard.
Stack: Use it with Uncrashable so you won't crash into obstacles or corners.
