In Shift+Q Settings, under Graphics, you can set the quality of the graphics in game to either Low, Medium, or High Quality.
As you increase the Quality setting from Low to High, the game will help to paint the pictures with more quality. There are payoffs, however, as the higher the Resolution and Quality, the slower the game will perform. Play with the different settings until they are to your liking.
