The game has activities that should fit any schedule. Most are On-Demand and will start a few minutes after you join, but some activities will start at a specified time. These are classified as Scheduled activities and you can find them from the Home Screen > Play Now > Events. The scheduled activity tile will have a start date and time for your time zone, shown at the bottom of the tile as both a count down in the format of HH:MM:SS (Hours: Minutes: Seconds).
