All scheduled activities are under the Events tab. To make sure you have all the maps needed for a scheduled Event, from the Home Screen > Play Now > Events. To schedule a particular event, click on the tile and then the Schedule button. If you need to download any of the maps for that Event, a window will open showing which maps need to download so you can download them ahead of the scheduled activity.
