Scheduled Activities can be found in Events and are created by an Activity Coordinator. From the Home Screen > Play Now > Events.
You can choose from three different types of Events: All Upcoming Events, My Scheduled Events, and Replay Past Event. Scheduled activities occur at a specific time and each activity tile will have a count down to the start time in the format of HH:MM:SS (Hours: Minutes: Seconds), and the actual date and start time for your time zone.
To schedule the event, click on the Join button on the activity tile, followed by the Schedule Ride button. It will change to say Unschedule Ride after you have scheduled it in case you decide later you are no longer able to join the event. If you have maps to download before the event, the Download Mini-Manager will pop up, showing you which maps you need to download. Do this well ahead of time to save yourself time when you do join the event.
If the activity starts in the next 15 minutes, and you are in the Info (loading) screen, you will see a Join Ride button instead of a Schedule/Unschedule button. If you schedule an Activity more than 15 minutes before the start time, it will be added to your schedule and, 15 minutes before the activity starts, you will be reminded that you have a scheduled activity soon and asked if you want to portal to the map.
