What is the difference between Smash Coach and the Smash Assistant?

The difference between Smash Coach and the Smash Assistant is:

Smash Coach is our in-game virtual Coach & Support Assistant. Smash Coach will help you find activities, and answer questions about specific Workouts & Workout Plans, Tutorials, Paced Rides, Maps, Cups, Events, and more.  He can even provide an activity tile and all you have to do is click "Join" to go into the Info page for that activity or map. Smash Coach is not only your personal virtual fitness coach and will help you with your fitness-related goals but he will also answer support questions, as well. He is always front and center on the Home Screen and also available on the Workout page. Smash Coach is available to physical users and paying subscribers only and is available in game.

On the other hand, the Smash Assistant, or sometimes called Support Chat, is different from Smash Coach in that it is always there for you to answer any specific or general questions about Smash Your Fitness.  It is not a fitness coach but, rather, a customer service agent ready to answer support questions or game-specific questions you may have. The Smash Assistant is available in game on the bottom right of some screens and also in the Help "?" menu.  The Smash Assistant is also available and on our website, www.SmashYourFitness.com .
