What is Motion-powered gameplay?

Motion-powered gameplay means your body is the controller. Instead of pressing buttons on a joystick or tapping a screen, Smash Your Fitness uses sensors from your phone, smartwatch, Smashometer, or BLE FTMS-enabled equipment (treadmills, bikes, rowers, ellipticals) to track your movement and instantly bring it into the game.

Here’s how it works: you can do any physical activity, and your avatar will respond according to the game you’re playing. Smash detects your movement and translates it directly into the game world.

For example:

  • Jumping jacks → your avatar cycles through courses in Smash Cycling

  • Jogging in place → your bird flies higher in Flutter Flight

  • Rowing on a rowing machine → your avatar runs in Neon Runner

  • Holding your phone → its sensors let you play Parkour without extra devices

This transforms workouts into interactive play. The harder you move, the faster or stronger your avatar becomes. Every motion counts — giving you a workout and a game in one.

Motion-powered gameplay also works for everyone:

  • Beginners can start light and still progress.

  • Families can play together on different devices.

  • Athletes can push harder for tougher challenges and fitness gains.

In short, motion-powered gameplay makes Smash unique — it blends the fun of gaming with the real-world benefits of exercise by turning your body into the controller.
